What command to enter?

Our brains are predictive machines. They constantly seek out similar patterns and repeat past behaviors, reducing our use of cognitive functions. The behaviors we unconsciously repeat every day build circuits in our brains, which is why many people cannot fully change.
Extraordinary people understand this, they’re extra cautious about what they take from the outside world.
You become what you pay attention to.
If you want to change your bad habits, financial, social circle, etc. – first learn to input the right language into your brain. Imagine you are a computer, using “If…, then…” statement:
If I don't exercise, then I will have a weak body.
If I don't learn, then I will have no value.
If I don't think, then I'm just a NPC of this world.
Your brain is powerful; we've simply forgotten how to use them. Starting from today: train your brain to make the right decisions, resist temptations, cultivate positive thinking, block negative emotions, and exercise your thinking skills.
