Solitude = Power

Extraordinary people approach life with composure and calmness, all stemming from their ability to navigate solitude. The difference between normal people and them is: the former seek companionship out of fear of loneliness, while the latter fear losing their capacity for thinking.
They seek simplicity and clarity. In this intentionally designed complicated world, solitude is the shortcut to achieving a clear mind to understand how the world works.
Bill Gates, the Microsoft CEO, has his own "Thinking Week" twice a year - he completely isolates himself in his private cabin for reading and writing. During this time, he cut out all meetings, phone calls, and even his family, to achieve complete isolation from distractions.
They are not "freaks," they simply deal with their mental world differently.
They know that solitude is the only way to clear "mental clutter." Go take a walk in a park (without looking at your phone/listening to music or podcasts). Or go to a cafe and sit down for an hour to read a book. Gradually, you'll find that the answers to the problems that used to frustrate you will begin to surface in your mind.
Learn to be alone; it will become your strength.
