Observe, Think, Act.

These three principles construct powerful individuals.
Impulsive action is a major taboo to them. They won't start something based on what others say. Every action is the result of extensive observation and mental deliberation.
Some call them conservatives, but they are not afraid to break old rules and introduce new systems, concepts, and frameworks. Everything and everyone in the world has a start - I call it the "beginning." For example, behind a successful business is potential market demand and meticulously planned advertising strategies. Behind a successful person is day-to-day struggle and a "never give up" spirit. Behind a group is the support of shared beliefs.
Once you understand the underlying logic, the next step is the thinking (or planning) part. They are called strategists because they excel at achieving goals in the shortest amount of time. Suppose you have a plan with a one-year deadline; they won't act immediately, but will plan the fastest, most effective solution without compromising the quality of the final result. Even if the plan sometimes seems impractical, they believe in the power of determination.
Finally, there's the unwavering execution ability. Actions must be swift, ruthless, and precise. The efficient and systematic execution of each task is the "romance" of a strategist. They believe in one rule: victory belongs to doers.
There are no fancy tricks. Back to simple. Everything boils down to the right knowledge, right planning, right time, right people, right goals, right actions, and the right attitude.
Remember these three principles: Observe, Think, Act.
